I have been there a couple of times to repair my tablet/smartphone and I have been satisfied with the service. NOw they are everywhere in the city but they already asked 35 euro upfront for diagnostic of a desktop. I am curious to see how the result and final bill will be. Like most of Slovak business as soon as they are successful they become useless because of unreasonable price or low quality . Hope to be wrong this time..

Absolutely amazing customer service! I was blown away!! My touch display stopped working completely on my iPhone and I thought that I will have to pay a costly price for repair. The gentleman managed to reboot the phone in few minutes and everything worked after. Apparently sometimes iPhones have this touchscreen freeze bug. He was polite, kind and I appreciate so much that he didn’t try to rip me off and saved me time and money .
