Great professionals, even though our phone were not fixed, it was fault of very serious problem they couldn't fix. They are very competent, helpful and professional. Beside that just very nice and kind people. If we come back to Bratislava, we definitely come back there.

Waiting time for repair is two weeks. For two weeks you need to let them have your phone. Forcing you to pay for express repair. Don't bother, there are many others in Bratislava, that can make your repair within hours or few days

Ordered a refurbrished original iPhone XR display. When it arrived, I noticed a fairly large white spot at the top of the screen. Immediately contacted the customer support team, which gave me the return shipping address. Waited a month, only for them to deny my rma, despite it having arrived like that. So I’m currently stuck with a damaged screen. Stay away

i had a problem with charging connector having bad contact with cable. connector was cleaned and now works, it took around 10 minues for Igor to resolve and he also provided me suggestions or best practices to avoid re-occurence and prolong life time of the charging port
